It is important for your guests to be able to see and hear every moment of your special day. This is especially true if you are having your ceremony outside a traditional house of worship and is often overlooked as an essential element of your event.

If your ceremony is a room other than the room where the reception is being held, we can provide sound reinforcement for your ceremony including playing of any musical cues, mic-ing of the master of ceremonies, and mic-ing of the general podium areas. Of course we can provide a master feed to your videoographer.

Intelligent Lighting Is More Than Smart

Unique to Magic Music Media ... we include in some packages or can upgrade your lighting in any entertainment package with intelligent computerized lighting heads. Intelligent Lighting is considered the “Cadillac” of events support lighting and is found only in the best nightclubs, concert halls, and corporate events. With these fixtures, we can follow-spot your entrances, highlight speeches and ceremonies, and execute our World Championship Team introduction. They can scan the audience, change colors, change patterns, hit any spot, and perform any one of dozens of preprogrammed sequences.

We use different kinds of intelligent lights: “Robocolors” are generally used in groups of four and can change to any one of 12 colors. “Roboscans” are intelligent lights that you would recognize most. They move to different locations, change to any of 12 different colors and 12 different patterns. “Robozaps” are very cool intelligent like lights that project stars that move at various speeds. “Synchrozaps” are like robozaps with two revolving mirrors and 20 patterns and colors. “Destroyers” are color/pattern changing rotating moonflowers. “Sidwinders” or “Acrobats” are revolving mirrors that have patterns and colors that rotate around room. To add to the thrill of your special day, you can add the use of karaoke integrated with our DJ entertainment. We provide the words on the TV-screen, the background music, and your guests provide the vocals. We switch between karaoke and DJ entertainment as appropriate throughout the party.

Game show Mania Add On

Similar to the “Gameshow Cocktail Hour””, except with scaled down sets. We alternate between game show, karaoke (if you added it), and dancing as the group demands. Just like on TV, we can provide a Hi-Energy Trivia game show, complete with a professional quality set, responder lockouts, digital scorekeeping, sound effects, backdrop, and stage lighting. We quiz your guests on trivia and sound bytes concerning pop culture, sports, music, TV, and even some history. Eight players on four teams can play at once. Three to four games are played in an hour. Check out the New Family Game quizzing you on how well you know your family. And for something completely different, “Video Trivia Blitz”, quizzing participants on visual images and pop culture. “Multi Media Trivia Blitz” excels with computer generated screens.

Talented Dancers

Add experienced dancers/interactors to your event. Since we focus our efforts into multi media entertainment and since not all clients want dancers, we subcontract them from other reputable DJ companies. This way you can work with us as your DJ’/Entertainers and still get well-rehearsed and professional dancers at your event. Party assistants and party hostesses also available.

If you have another studio or videographer create a video montage, we can provide the video projector, the VCR, and the screen and show it at your event.
